Regardless of the eye-saw woes of our university, be rest assured that you’re in one of the best universities you can find in the country in terms of academic dispensary and and practical universal training. In the wise words of the Acting Vice Chancellor of the University during the 2023/2024 freshers’ orientation, Prof. Emmanuel Derbile “Don’t mind the body, but mind the engine”. Also be rest assured that you’ll graduate from this institution with flying colours and be a hot pick in the job market.

As the General Secretary of the Student Representative Council (SRC) of our prestigious University, I would like to take a moment to share a message of encouragement and support to you all. I have a perspective that, your “network is your net wealth”, simply meaning that the people you meet on campus today can determine your career tomorrow, so is very important to mingle and make positive friends towards the future.

First and foremost, I want to remind you that your voices matter. The SRC is here to represent you, to amplify your voices, and to advocate for your needs and aspirations.
