Governance and Development Management

The Department of Governance and Development Management provides excellent training in the design, implementation, and governance of development interventions

Public Policy and Management

The Department of Public Policy and Management (DPPM) was established in 2021 with a clear mandate to train world-class policy practitioners through carefully crafted programmes on policy formulation, planning, implementation, and management

Organizational Studies and Development

Established in 2022, the Department of Organisational Studies and Development provides excellent training in organizational development, practice and research in the public and private sectors

Local Governance and City Management

The Department of Local Governance and City Management was established in 2020 to provide cutting-edge knowledge and skills in urban governance through systematic and practice-oriented professional training from the undergraduate to the terminal degree levels

The faculty has four academic departments and one research and development centre. These are the Department of Governance and Development Management, the Department of Public Policy and Management, Organizational Studies and Development, Local Governance and City Management, and the Centre for Migration and Security Studies. These departments are staffed with world-class academics and administrators to run degree and diploma programmes.
