On behalf of the staff and the students of the faculty, I am delighted to welcome and invite you to the programmes offered by the Faculty of Public Policy and Governance. We offer a variety of cutting-edge postgraduate, undergraduate and diploma programmes across the four departments and the centre.
The faculty is dedicated to equipping graduates with transformative and development-oriented skills and expertise to be able to design and implement development projects and programmes, as well as tackle complex public policy and governance challenges in Ghana and beyond. The faculty is staffed with highly qualified and experienced full-time lecturers. They apply the pedagogies that promote critical thinking as well as hands-on practical learning. Our administrative staff are well-trained, and they provide the necessary support for effective teaching and learning.
We believe that public policy and governance play a critical role in shaping the world we live in, and our goal is to equip our students with the tools they need to make a positive impact in society. I am pleased to share that with funding support from the German Academy Exchange Service (DAAD) the faculty offers full scholarships to outstanding applicants to pursue the MPhil Development Management programme.
