All fresh undergraduate Students are required to report to School on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Online registration also commences the same day until Saturday, February 8, 2025.
Students are expected to complete payment of their admission fees before they can access the registration portal. Fees can be paid through transflow at any ADB, Stanbic Bank, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) or Fidelity Bank branches throughout the Country, or through Eagle pay at GCB.
After registration, students are required to submit two copies of the registration form at their respective Faculties/Schools for online verification and endorsement. One copy of the endorsed forms shall be given to the student as evidence of registration whiles the other copy is kept at the Faculty/School.

Registration verification for all fresh students will be done at the New Auditorium Complex. Students who encounter challenges with the registration should report such challenges at their respective Faculties/Schools or Directorates of Finance and Information Management Services at the New Auditorium Complex for attention and rectification.
