On March 25th, 2024, UBIDS hosted a Matriculation Ceremony to formally welcome 4,253 freshmen into its diverse academic programs for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This event symbolizes a successful selection process, with 90% of the initial 4,787 applicants ultimately receiving offers of admission. The incoming student body reflects a commitment to diversity, with 65% male and 35% female students. Notably, the ceremony acknowledged both undergraduate (2,958) and postgraduate (1,295) degree-seeking students.
