DIRECTOR, ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
The Director is the Head of the Directorate of Academic Affairs and is responsible to the Registrar. The Directorate is responsible for implementing the academic policies and management of academic programmes of the University. The Director is responsible to the Registrar for matters relating to the management of students’ records, admissions, registration, time-tabling, examination, graduation, declaration of results, and issuing of transcripts.

Qualification Required and Experience
Applicants must:
a. Possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant area
b. Have relevant experience in the work of academic affairs
c. Be a Deputy Registrar or at least a Senior Assistant Registrar for at least two years with relevant experience in university administration
d. Have high-level analytical skills and a deep understanding/appreciation of strategic as well as operational issues/challenges in university management and administration
e. Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage

DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCE
The Director of Human Resource Management is the Head of the Human Resource Management Directorate and is responsible to the Registrar. The Directorate is responsible for the strategic management and development of the University’s human resources. The Director will lead the human resource team in implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and practices of the University.

Qualification Required and Experience
Applicant must:
a. Possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant area
b. Have relevant work experience in human resource management
c. Be a Deputy Registrar or a Senior Assistant Registrar for at least, two years with relevant experience in university administration
d. Have high-level analytical skills and a deep understanding/ appreciation of strategic as well as operational issues/challenges in university management and administration
e. Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage

DIRECTOR, GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
The Director of General Administration is the Head of the General Administration Directorate and is responsible to the Registrar. The Directorate is responsible for administration and general services of the University. Thus, the Directorate oversees and supervises the work of the security and transport units of the University and ensures that the policies and regulations of these units are strictly implemented. The Director also advises the Registrar on the operations of these units and services that are of a general nature in the University.

a. Possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant area
b. Have relevant work experience in general administration of a university
c. Be a Deputy Registrar or at least a Senior Assistant Registrar for at least two years with relevant experience in university administration
d. Have high-level analytical skills and a deep understanding/appreciation of strategic as well as operational issues/challenges in university management and administration
e. Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage

DIRECTOR, UNIVERSITY RELATIONS
The Director of University Relations is the Head of the University Relations Directorate and is responsible to the Registrar. The Director is responsible for building and maintaining the University’s corporate image and relationship with key public institutions, managing events and communicating with the University’s stakeholders.

Qualification Required and Experience
Applicant must:
a. Possess a postgraduate degree in the relevant area
b. Have relevant work experience in university administration, event organization and management
c. Be a Deputy Registrar or at least a Senior Assistant Registrar for at least two years with relevant experience in university administration
d. Possess good communication skills and be able to market the corporate image of the University and liaise with public institutions and stakeholders of the University
e. Have high-level analytical skills and a deep understanding/appreciation of strategic as well as operational issues/challenges in university management and administration
f. Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage

DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS
The Director of International Collaborations is the Head of the Directorate of International Collaborations and is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor. The Director shall collaborate with Deans of Faculties/Schools and establish collaborations with international institutions, regularly update the database on the University’s collaborators or partners in respect of international academic programmes, and handle matters involving both staff and student visits and exchange programmes. The Director shall in conjunction with the Registrar, handle all agreements involving the University and its collaborators in respect of external academic programmes. The Director shall develop M.O.Us with institutions outside Ghana and organize international workshops, seminars and conferences.

Qualifications Required and Experiences
Applicant must:
a. Be of a professorial rank or at least, a Senior Lecturer or equivalent
b. Have a PhD
c. Show leadership, high-quality sound judgement, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in the discharge of his or her duties
d. Have at least experience in international collaborations
e. Show evidence of capacity for continuous research and dissemination of knowledge in his or her field through publications.
