Justine TuolongThe School of Graduate Studies and Research (SGSR) at Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS) acknowledges the achievements of Dr. Justine Guguneni Tuolong, our first Ph.D. graduate. His academic excellence is highlighted by his recent acquisition of two international fellowships: 2025 Early Career Grant Fellowship – Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH), United Kingdom, and 2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship for Early Career Researchers – Université Paris Cité, Centre Population et Développement (CEPED), Institut De Recherche Pour Le Développement (IRD), France.

With extensive experience in research consultancy, grant writing, and project evaluation, Dr. Tuolong has shown dedication to addressing health and social system inequities. His academic credentials include an MPhil in Social Administration and a BA in Integrated Business Studies. He currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at NiBS University, Accra, and a part-time lecturer at SDD-UBIDS.

As Founding Director of Brainbox Research Institute Ltd., Dr. Tuolong has published eight peer-reviewed international papers, with eight more under review, focusing on health policy, governance, and social administration.
